A List of Lance Armstrong Lies!
Lance Armstrong! There really isn’t much left to say about the guy who “won” seven Tour de France in a row from 1999-2005. Not only is he the biggest cheater in the history of sports, he seems to have been living in more denial than Comical Ali himself. Armstrong is a compulsive liar and a bully, and there is nothing that he could have said on Oprah that will change that! Here are just a couple of lies that this American “icon” has fed us up through the years!
The star of Lance Armstrong started to dwindle ever since his former teammates and accomplices turned against him, and told the truth about the unbelievable doping program of the cycling team US Postal. Sponsors have abandoned him, and Lance has stepped down as chairman of his Livestrong foundation. Armstrong was for sure not the only cheater in the doping plagued sport of cycling, but while others confessed their sins, the American showed no remorse, continued to lie, bullying and attacking every person who dared to criticize him. His lawyers would even sue journalists that questioned if he was clean or not. Lance always claimed to be the most tested guy in sports, and I guess those tests could best be described as a waste of time. Now that the mask has fallen, I hope he brings down everyone who helped him cover it up too. Here are just a couple of the lies of this former “cycling hero”, which among other things includes lying under oath!
“I have the facts on my side. Explain to me how we passed so many tests if we are so dirty?”
“I’ve said it for seven years, I have said it for longer than seven years, I have never doped!”
“Nobody believes in doping controls more than me!”
“We have nothing to hide. We know that, everybody knows that!”
“I know what I know, I know what I do and I know what I did. And that is not going to change” (Okay…)
“We have proven time in and time out that we are clean”
“It’s his words versus ours. We like our words. We like were we stand. We like our credibility”
“I came out of a life threatening disease, i was on my deathbed. Do you think I am going to come back into a sport and say ok doctor, give me everything you’ve got doctor, I just want to go fast. no way. I would NEVER do that” (Wow Lance..)

Armtrong is a conceited , venal , lying sack of $hit ! As for Oprah Winfrey , if she hadn’t coddled his @s$ , perhaps the interview would have been far more productive . Neither Winfrey or Armstrong comes away from this looking good . No real act of contrition and a pis$ poor job was done by talk show host and interviewer !
I was expecting Tom Cruise to come out , on stage , and finally admit he’s a ” switch hitter , with ever increasing homosexual tendencies .
No remorse to see from Lance, that’s for sure!
This is all about rebuilding his image and not much more beyond that . As for Oprah , after this mess how much credibility does she actually have ? A still failing tv network that’s barely watched . For this tv moment these two idiots really needed each other , more than ever ! Can you say ratings’ bonanza ?

Tom brings everyone else into midst of his lifestyle while espousing Scientology . So why not ?
Are you that naive to think that Armstrong felt Winfrey was the only place to go and use as a forum ? He is doing this because he know she want be asking any tough questions . Armstrong has no credibility left whatsoever !

I was pretty upset to learn that he was going to admit it. I know the whole Tour is probably riddled with dopers. I have a hard time each year trying to find someone to cheer for, because they all keep getting banned for doping! It’s sad that our sports “heroes” end up being dopers. They’re just average guys looking for an edge. I wish there was more honesty in sports…
I used to love watching before too. I think the situation is a little better today than just a couple of years ago, but I would love to see people get banned for life if they are caught, not just suspended a year or two.
The thing is, it’s not a complete ban. They do get to ride in other races…. I hope things do improve. After football, the Tour is my other sport!
