The Ultimate Fighting Machine!

The Perfect Figther

If you look at the three champions GSP, Anderson Silva and Jon Jones, they are definitely among the most complete fighters in the UFC. But what would happen if you took the very best from all elite fighters, and mixed it into one perfect fighting machine? Let’s have a look!

The Body of Jon Jones: “Bones” has long and strong legs which gives him a good base, and his unparalleled reach makes it possible to unleash kicks, punches and elbows while staying outside of his opponent’s range.

The Wrestling of Chael Sonnen: “Sonnen was a NCAA All American, and his explosive takedowns are among the best in the UFC. He can control where the fight takes place, and when he gets you there, it will take a lot of effort to get up again.

The Jiu Jitsu of Fabricio Werdum: The Brazilian Heavyweight is maybe the best grappler in the UFC at the moment, combining strength and technique to submit people like Fedor Emalienko, his brother Alexander Emalienko and Alistair Overeem so far in his career.

Dan Henderson’ One Punch Power: Henderson’s overhand right is one of the most lethal weapons in the sport, and he can put anybody to sleep with just one punch. Dan has been able to transfer the explosivness he gained from wrestling into some real devastating haymakers.

When Dan connects, it is all over

Mirko Cro Cop’s High Kicks: Another move that put fear in opponents hearts was Cro Cops devastating left high kick. Mirko was for a long time one of the best kickboxers in MMA, and he had great low and middle kicks too, making it harder for fighters to anticipate the high kick

Jose Aldo’s Low Kicks: Aldo has a background in soccer, and his leg kicks have a unique snap to them. He wears his opponents out with the kicks, slowing them down and setting them up for the kill.

The Knees of Anderson Silva: If The Spider gets you in a Muay Thai clinch, you are in a lot of trouble. His knees are just vicious and relentless, just ask Chris Leben, Rich Fraklin and Stephan Bonnar

Anderson’s knees hurt, that’s for sure

The Boxing of Junior Dos Santos: Even though the brazilian did not look good in his last fight, I am sure he we will be back, and his boxing will put a lot of people to sleep in the future.

The Cardio of Nick Diaz: One guy who can go a 100 percent for five rounds is Nick Diaz. He loves to do triathlon, and he puts on a pace that will break most opponents very fast.

The Ground and Pound of Cain Velasquez : The Heavyweight champion is together with Fedor Emalienko, maybe the best ground and pound puncher in history. Cain has really heavy hands, and his stamina makes it easy for him to throw them at full strength the entire match.

Frankie Edgar’s Heart: Rarely have we seen a fighter with the heart of this jersey kid. Frankie is a true warrior, and no matter how much you hit him, he will keep on coming back, just ask Gray Maynard!

Dan Hardy’s Hairstyle: If you want to look badass (or many will say like a fool), you can’t go wrong with a red mohawk!

Got to love Dan Hardy

The Gameplan of GSP: The Canadian is the best when it comes to taking away his opponent’s stroing points, utilizing his weaknesses and bringing the fight to a place where GSP himself  has his strenghts.

Mark Hunt’s Chin: The Super Samoan can take punishment to the head like nobody else. You can hit a rock or Hunt’s chin, it will probably hurt just the same!

Chael Sonnen’s Trashtalk: Maybe the best trashtalker ever, and a guy who will probably earn more money on tv than from fighting when his career is over.

Wanderlei Silva’s Staredown: Old Wandy’s staredowns from Pride is enough to prevent anyone from wanting to take up professional fighting.

Best Entrance Song?: There are some classics out there but you can’t go wrong with Born in the USA (Springsteen), Killing in the Name (RATM) or Sad But True (Metallica)

You won’t become a perfect fighter, but to help you a little bit on the way, here is a Ultimate MMA instructional set by legends Anderson Silva and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueria!

Two scary dudes right there
